The NEVIE Safari Tent is engineered for long-term outdoor use in demanding environments. It performs reliably in temperatures ranging from –30°C to +40°C, with optional climate control systems available. The reinforced structure withstands winds up to 120 km/h and snow loads of 75 kg/m², ensuring stability in harsh weather conditions.
The main structure is built with a Q235 carbon steel frame, treated with a triple-layer fluorocarbon anti-corrosion coating, delivering strong wind resistance (Level 8–10) and a service life of over 15 years. The tent fabric is designed to last 8–10 years and is tear-resistant, waterproof, fire-retardant, and mold-proof.
The outer roof uses a 1050g PVDF membrane compliant with German B1 fire-retardant standards, providing excellent waterproofing, UV protection, and self-cleaning performance. Inside, double-layer 480g thickened canvas combined with insulated aluminum-foil cotton offers effective thermal insulation and year-round comfort.
PVDF: Heavy-duty fabric, tear-resistant, waterproof and sun-resistant, flame retardant, easy to clean, 10+ year service life.
Tempered Glass: High strength, unbreakable, excellent sound and heat insulation, completely transparent.
Canvas: Heavy duty fabric, waterproof, mildew resistant, flame retardant to DIN4102 B1, M2, tear resistant, 8+ year lifespan.
